Natural Healthiness

Hello, I'm Andrea Bremner, the founder of Natural Healthiness. 🌿 At Natural Healthiness, we are committed to transforming lives through a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. My unique blend of Nutrition, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Biomechanics sets us apart in the field of health and wellness. 🌱 Nutrition for Optimal Health: I embrace Hippocrates' wisdom that "food is thy medicine." As a Nutritional Therapist, I'm dedicated to helping individuals overcome modern-day health challenges, such as obesity, diabetes, and anxiety, by making meaningful dietary and lifestyle changes. 🧠 NLP for Mindset and Motivation: My expertise extends beyond nutrition; I'm also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This powerful combination allows me to offer professional nutrition counselling, enabling clients to reprogram their minds, eliminate limiting beliefs, and develop strong motivational strategies. 🦶 Biomechanics for Whole-Body Wellness: My commitment to holistic wellbeing extends to your feet. We provide custom-moulded insoles and orthotics to support pain-free living and total body wellness. My Journey: My passion for nutrition and lifestyle change was born out of my desire to heal myself and those I care about. I've faced health challenges, battled autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue, and anxiety, and found my way to vibrant health without medication. With an MSc in Psychology and Physiology from Loughborough University and a background as a former national squad gymnast and county heptathlete, I bring extensive knowledge and experience to our practice.

It has been about 6months since I worked with Wendy Parkinson. Yesterday I received an email from her which read:
“I just wanted to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all you do for me and also for suggesting I change my Thyroxine to Thyro Active 2. I feel so much better 😊
I’m no longer getting the hemiplegic migraines, no longer have asthma, no longer need my glasses, my hair is thicker and my skin is no longer scaly and I feel much more alert and refreshed when I get up in the morning and I haven’t been ill this winter like I usually am. I can’t believe the change, thank you ☺️”
What a lovely message to start the year. So happy for you Wendy 🤗

Still harvesting celeriac. What a versatile vegetable. You can use the leaves in your salad, the stems as celery in your soups and the roots roasted in coconut oil, Him salt and pepper. Just perfect for this time of year 😋

And the parsnips still keep coming. This big-un was the last to pull. Took me damn near 20 minutes of digging and heaving to get this baby out! Will last me and hubby for a few meals with roasted veg 😁

First frost done ✅ Brussel sprout time 😋 I know they are a bit like marmite - you either love or hate them - but I love mine roasted in goose fat, Him salt, black pepper and oregano 😁

This is my Stevia plant. Stevia is used as a natural sweetener so thought I’d try and grow some and by Jove, doesn’t it grow well in the UK! This sweet little plant went nuts in my herb garden! And the leaves taste so unusually sweet. I’ve been adding to my smoothies through the year but thought I’d harvest and dry some so I can continue to enjoy them overwinter. Defo a plant to add to your herb/veg garden 😁 isn’t nature wonderful!
