Mind Fitness 5-Week Bootcamp


The Mind Fitness 5-Week Bootcamp is a 1-2-1 experience to put you on the right track both mentally and physically.

The Bootcamp is a programme of tools and techniques of NLP and Mindfulness which help you manage your mind and therefore your life more effectively. Mind Fitness teaches you how to:

  • Increase self-esteem
  • Reduce stress levels
  • Manage anxiety
  • Improve self-confidence
  • Erase limiting beliefs
  • Change bad habits
  • Set immediate tasks and future goals
  • Get motivated to take action

The Mind Fitness Process

During the 5-week bootcamp, we will meet, either face-to-face or online, six times at weekly intervals – one at the start, one at the end, and four in between. I will also be in touch via email with daily comments and audio-links to ensure you stay on track, completing the actions that we agree upon.

The programme includes:

  1. An introduction to NLP, unconscious mind and time-line-therapy: How you have programmed yourself to behave, and how unwanted programmes can be changed.
  2. Emotional management: Using Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic strategies to manage negative emotions effectively.
  3. Changing bad habits and erasing limiting beliefs: Discovering the bad habits which you have in your life and understanding that these are negative programmes which need to be replaced with positive rituals. Also, finding out what beliefs you have about yourself which limit you from becoming the person you want to be, then erasing these beliefs and replacing them with empowering affirmations.
  4. Achieving extraordinary outcomes: Learn the six steps that successful people take in order to achieve their dreams.
  5. Change your life: Discover how the Theory of Pain and Pleasure can help you to change your life.
