Exercise is an essential component of a healthy, natural lifestyle. From an evolutionary perspective, humans are designed to move regularly, so it is important that we incorporate movement patterns similar to those of our ancestors into modern life.
I work with clients who feel unfit, inactive, or unsure where to begin. From my small private gym in Farnham, I teach simple, effective exercises and activities that can be performed at home, helping you build confidence and improve your overall fitness.
Through one-to-one coaching, we focus on improving strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness at a pace that suits your individual needs and abilities.

I understand that beginning an exercise programme can feel overwhelming. If you feel unsure or anxious about taking that first step, you are not alone and you are in safe, supportive hands.
We begin gently and at a pace that feels comfortable for you, even if that means starting with simple chair-based exercises. As your confidence and fitness improve, we progress gradually and sustainably.
I meet with you once per week for guided coaching, and you will also receive a personalised programme to follow at home between sessions.
